She was so helpful to my husband and I making sure we had all the information regarding the new phone. She made us so comfortable and did not pressure us into upgrading or adding on. This was by far the best experience we’ve ever had in a Verizon store. I would highly recommend Chalea to anyone in the Jefferson City area.
